A private relationship advisory

You used to trust how you saw things. Then love got complicated.

There is a name for what quietly changed the way you perceive yourself, others, and love itself. It is called Relational Grief — and it can be moved through.

Apply for a private consultation

By application. A small number of clients each season.

Relational Grief is not sadness. It's accumulation.

  1. Past disappointments you filed away and never fully faced.
  2. Quiet betrayals that were too small to name and too large to forget.
  3. Unrealized futures you never got the chance to grieve.
  4. Losses no one around you acknowledged as losses.
  5. Cultural conditioning about what love is supposed to look like.

Left unnamed, it doesn't make you feel less — it makes you trust yourself less.

What it means to become Clearhearted

From Reacting from old fear. Second-guessing every read of a person or a moment. Outsourcing the decision to friends, courses, and conflicting advice that never quite fits.
To Perceiving accurately again. Holding steadiness under pressure. Deciding from your own inner authority rather than from panic.

Clearhearted is not certainty. It is the return of your own judgment.

The Clearhearted Advisory

A private, high-touch advisory for people facing a life-defining relationship decision.

Private

One-to-one. No group programs, no curriculum to complete, no cohort to keep pace with. Just the two of us, and your particular situation.

High-touch

Personalized to your specific decision — not a generic framework applied to everyone who walks through the door.

Decision-grade

Built for the moments that actually change a life: stay or leave, trust or protect, choose or wait.

What changes when you can see clearly again

Renewed self-trust

You stop needing five opinions to know your own.

Greater inner authority

The decision becomes yours again.

Emotional steadiness

You can sit with hard truth without collapsing or fleeing.

Confidence in your decisions

You follow through and don't relitigate it at 2am.

The ability to build extraordinary love

You see clearly enough to choose well.

This is honest work. So let's be honest about who it's for.

For you if
  • You are thoughtful and emotionally intelligent, standing at a genuine crossroads.
  • You want wise, personalized guidance — not a script.
  • You're ready to do considered inner work, at your own honest pace.
  • You'd rather reclaim your judgment than borrow someone else's.
Not for you if
  • You're looking for a dating course or a set of quick tactics.
  • You want someone to make the decision for you.
  • You want reassurance without any real change.
  • You're not willing to look at what you've been avoiding.

The shape of the work

Three unhurried movements, shaped to your life.

01

We name it

We make the invisible grief legible — the accumulation that's been quietly distorting how you read yourself and others.

02

We restore the instrument

We rebuild your ability to perceive accurately again, so your reads become trustworthy to you.

03

We decide from clarity

We approach the actual decision with steadiness and inner authority — not adrenaline.

The specifics are shaped to each client and discussed in consultation. No two paths are identical, because no two crossroads are.

In their words

Clearhearted is a new framework — but the work behind it is not. These reflect years of transformational advisory helping people navigate profound life transitions and reclaim trust in themselves.

Brittany, thank you seriously. For helping me get out of my head and back into my body. I fired my therapist to work with you and I’m happy to say I made the right choice! My family literally watched me change over the course of your program and have complimented me on this new energy on more than one occasion. My husband, too. I went from being cooped up in the house having back to back panic attacks, not being able to trust myself to being social and confident again. Thank you. This was amazing.

Even though I REALLY wanted to just move into the garage... I went home. Sat next to her and remained quiet until she wanted to talk. Her anger slowly left her. We went on a walk and she let me hold her hand. My mind was exhausted... Like it was a horse I grabbed the reins to keep restrained from running away and being forced forward with God's love... searching for a way to love her through her childhood abandonment issues. I don't want to overwhelm you with the information I acquired from this experience. You have gifts Brittany... you literally navigated me through this firestorm.

wife, physician

We went to a work party function last night and drank all the wine. Met some awesome people who are getting married soon and they asked me for a good marriage tip. And I delivered this AMAZING speech about listening to learn your partner and blew their minds! Also, I’ve been practicing ‘the pause’ to allow space for him to lead/act as the man we can both respect and trust. You know, without jumping in to control every detail. And it’s working! He thanked me yesterday and said, ‘I don’t know what’s gotten into you but please do keep it up.’ ;)

A lot of times we don't speak up because we think, 'Am I safe? How will they react? Am I being selfish?' You just feel ashamed. During this experience I healed my relationship with masculine energy enough to see the man in my life could be my husband. I learned to not only speak up about my needs, but I've been practicing receptivity when he tries to meet them - which I always said no one did. That wasn't necessarily true. I see now that I actually have a hard time receiving love.

Codie B.
wife, mom, entrepreneur

This was a beautiful experience. You have a feminine and gentle yet empowering way of helping others progress. You've helped me bring peace to some of the contradictions within myself and recognize how much power I've given away by the reactions I've had to certain things in my marriage. After the Passionate Partnership Challenge, we talked about the ideals we had about marriage and how it was supposed to look. Now we’re letting all of that go and focusing on showing up as our highest selves for our own fulfillment and for our marriage. I realize we have the tools to rebuild. This has taught me to see my husband as a friend. I am so grateful for you. I feel like I’m growing up.

I’m so grateful for crossing Britt’s path. She’s soooooooo insightful, thorough, and gentle. Britt is worth every penny. You won’t regret it. I still use the guide she created for me from years ago. If you’re willing to do the work, she masters everything else. And if you’re unwilling to do the work, she can still help you figure out what’s blocking you. When I met her my life was in shambles - love, career.. everything. But she’s helped me transform in every area. Read her emails, watch her videos, listen to the podcasts. And watch your life pivot!!

Britt Lee

For years, I sat with thoughtful, capable people at the most important crossroads of their lives. Again and again, I noticed the same quiet thing.

It wasn't that they couldn't decide. It was that they'd stopped trusting how they saw. Clearhearted grew from that observation: helping people navigate profound life transitions by restoring clarity, inner authority, and trust in themselves.

Relational Grief is the name I gave to what kept showing up -- the quiet accumulation of loss, disappointment, and old stories that can begin shaping our perception, and our identity, long before they shape our relationships.

Clearhearted is that work, given language... and a grounded practice.

Thoughtful. Personal. Unhurried.

— Britt
